This 12-page set of short i handwriting pages gives Grade 1 and ESL/EFL students three "Writing Time" pages for each of four word families: -ig, -in, -ip, and -it. Students trace a row of family words (big, jig, pig, dig, twig, wig) and then a sentence that uses them: "The pig has a big wig.", "Rin put a pin into a tin.", "Kip tripped in a dip.", or "The logs split when hit." The rest of each page is handwriting lines. Each family's three pages share the word row but have a different sentence and picture, so students read and write the same words in three settings.
