This 22-page months of the year pack for Kindergarten to 2nd grade and ESL/EFL classes combines 12 colour posters with 10 kinds of worksheet. Pages 1–4 are the posters, three to a page: each month's name sits on a coloured sign with a matching picture (a snowflake for January, a leprechaun for March, fireworks for July, a pumpkin for October, a Christmas tree for December). They can be cut apart for a classroom calendar wall. The worksheets follow. Students cut and paste the twelve month names into order, find all 12 in a word search, and match scrambled spellings ("Fbruarey", "Spetmbere") to the correct month before tracing it. Pages 8–19 are twelve picture puzzles, one per month: cut a picture into strips and rebuild it so the month's name reads correctly. Two "What month comes next?" pages ask students to complete sequences of three, and a final page has 12 questions such as "Which is the 8th month?", "When is Valentine's Day?" and "Which month has the most letters?". The posters are in colour and the worksheets are black and white. The pages carry a 2019 "The Educational Penguin" footer, and the pictures follow Northern Hemisphere seasons and US holidays. There is no answer key.
