How's the Weather Today Worksheets | It Is ___ Today Sentences | 1st Grade ESL

Ribbit — ESL/EFL Worksheet Resource

This 10-page "How is the weather?" pack gives students 50 sentence frames to finish: "It is ______ today." Each page shows 5 weather pictures, and students write the right weather word in each sentence. A strip of weather symbols runs along the top of every page as a reminder. The pictures cover sunny, cloudy, rainy, snowy, stormy, windy, hail, foggy, hot, cold and partly sunny, and they are mixed differently on each page so students can't just copy the page before. The same frame repeated 50 times is the point: it builds the full answer to "How's the weather today?" into a habit. It pairs with id 217, which practises the same words as single labels.
