Sight Words Book 3 is a 50-page workbook for ten more sight words: do, has, are, about, out, go, put, down, this and who. Several are tricky to sound out (are, who, about), which makes a picture-free routine of seeing, writing and finding the word especially useful. For each word, children colour it, circle it in a box of similar words, underline it in a sentence ("Who is that?", "Don't look down.", "Put it in the bag."), rewrite the sentence with the sight word in colour and build the word from cut-out letters. A Simple Sentences tracing page and a Find the Sightword word search page follow for each word. Two Color by Word pages review the set. Books 1, 2 and 4 use the same layout, so children can move through the series without new instructions.
